年以上有する産\n業看護職7 名を対象に半構造化面接を実施し,質的記述的研究法にて分析した.結果,3つの大カテ\nゴリが抽出された.産業看護職は【最前線の窓口】となり情報を収集・整理し,病状を看護職の知見\nから解説したり,当事者の代弁を看護職として適切に情報伝達していた.また,受診の要否を医療専\n門職として見極め【産業看護職の技術の発揮】をしていた.また,休業の事務手続きなど休養体制の\n整備を行うほか,療養中の本人の安全確保など人事の懸念事項に対処し【人事労務管理における協働】\nを行っていた.休業開始期において産業看護職は自らの専門性を発揮しながら,人事労務管理にも踏\nみ込み協働することが,人事との連携における産業看護職の役割の構造として示唆された.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"石川県公立大学法人
