| 内容記述 | 著者は，新たな研究課題としてがん術後のリンパ浮腫管理に着手している．今後も自立してリンパ浮腫管理の研究を継続するために，本学のサバティカルを利用した．本研修の目的は，臨床におけるリンパ浮腫患者の診察・看護・リハビリの実践や患者の実態および，リンパ浮腫保存療法の実際を学ぶことと，浮腫ケアに関わる多職種との交流を通して，リンパ浮腫患者管理における多職種連携アプローチや緩和ケア領域での浮腫ケアの実際や課題について情報を得る機会とし，リンパ浮腫患者への新たな支援方法について検討し，今後の研究活動への基盤とすることである．３つの施設での研修によって，目的が達成されたため，その内容について報告する． | |||||

| 内容記述 | As a new research theme, I initiated a research project on lymphoedema management after cancer surgery. I took advantage of my sabbatical training program at the university to continue my research on lymphoedema management independently eventually. The purpose of which was to learn about the clinical examination, nursing, and rehabilitation practices of patients with lymphoedema, actual conditions of patients, and actual conservative treatment of lymphoedema. I had the opportunity to obtain information about the multidisciplinary approach in the management of patients with lymphoedema, actual edema care, and issues in the palliative care field through exchanges with various professionals involved in edema care. The objectives of the training at the three facilities were achieved and the contents of the training are reported. | |||||
