Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は,将来他者の健康管理を支援する専門職を目指す看護学生に,自己の食生活改善に向けた介入を実施し,その介入方法を教育プログラムとして評価することを目的としている.教育プログラムは,1)自己の食生活の見直し,2)1日1〜2回バランスの良い食事の摂取,3)献立作成と調理の実際,4)食の認識へのアプローチである.教育プログラムの介入前,及び介入終了後から1〜2週間後の食事内容,主観的健康状態を比較し,また教育プログラムの評価は質問紙により実施した.その結果,参加学生の食事内容の比較において,介入後有意に推奨量に近づいたのは,鉄分とビタミンCであった.また教育プログラム評価では,全員の学生が教育プログラムそれぞれの項目において「役立った」と答えたが,栄養ソフト入力について「困難である」とした学生が半数以上見られ,自己評価の方法として簡便かつビュジュアル的にわかりやすい方法を検討する必要がある.(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"石川県公立大学法人
