Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は,将来他者の健康を支援する専門職を目指している看護学生が自己の健康的な食生活を体験的に獲得していく教育プログラムを開発することにある.そのための取り組みの第一段階として,(1)食生活改善に向けた介入を行い,その前後での主観的健康状態を比較する.(2)自己の食生活の実態を介入前後で比較検討することとした.その結果,調査を実施した女子学生の摂取カロリーは,介入前には必要量より低かったが,介入後は必要量に近づいた.また,三大栄養素の一つである蛋白質については全員が介入後に推奨値を摂取できた.主観的健康状態の介入前後の比較については,16項目中「疲れやすい」という項目で有意差が見られ,「めまいがする」「便秘しやすい」「抜け毛が多い」の3項目で有意差が示唆された.本取り組みにより学生の食生活改善や主観的健康状態の改善および食に関する意識の向上に寄与できるのではないかと考える.(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"石川県公立大学法人
