Nursing","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"I県内の人口集中地区(A地区)および過疎地区(B地区)の中核病院の病棟に勤務する看護師を対象として,任意・無記名・記入式アンケート調査を行い,451名の回答から,心身の健康状態やストレスの要因を検討した.A地区は20〜30代が回答者の8割を,B地区は40代以上が6割を占めた.両地区ともに,ストレス要因の1位は「超過勤務・サービス残業」であった.超過勤務はA地区のほうが長時間だった.超過勤務が長くなるにつれ,疲労感と複数の要因に対するストレスの強度が増大し,また,常勤看護師の増員,給与の改善,業務効率化の環境整備等に加えて,パートタイム勤務の採用がストレス軽減に効果的と考える人が増加した.職務に満足感のある人は20代で最も多く,30〜40代で低下した.人間関係をストレスと感じる人はB地区では年齢とともに増加した.40代看護師を比較すると,B地区では研修の参加困難など複数の要因においてストレスと感じる人が多かった.(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"石川県公立大学法人
